Girls on film is about challenging, and mocking, the representation of women in tv and cinema. Women are put into boxes, forced into tropes and stereotypes with no real autonomy or identity. Using humour, exaggerated, and camp characters, this body of work aims to highlight the absurdity of the portrayal of women.
